The selected candidate will be responsible for **supervising and controlling the proper execution of field operations and vehicle fleet administration**, ensuring compliance with routes, planning, service standards, and efficient use of resources. * **Responsibilities:** * Daily supervision of field service execution. * Coordination and control of Operations Managers' activities. * Verification of route, schedule, coverage, and operational planning compliance. * Management and resolution of operational contingencies. * Supervision of overall vehicle fleet condition and availability. * Coordination and control of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Tracking of technical inspections, circulation permits, insurance policies, and vehicle documentation. * Fleet monitoring via GPS systems, identifying route deviations, idle time, speeding, and incidents. * Timely escalation of non-compliance or operational risks. * Supervision and control of pending expense reimbursements via the **Rinde Gastos** platform, reviewing documentation, deadlines, and outstanding balances. * Preparation of operational and fleet-related management reports and KPIs. * Ensuring compliance with safety, traffic, and internal procedures. * **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Logistics, Transportation, Administration, Engineering, or related field. * **Minimum 3 years of experience** in operations supervision, logistics, distribution, or fleet administration. **Knowledge:** * Fleet management. * Logistics and distribution. * Team supervision. * GPS handling and monitoring. * Intermediate-level Excel. * GPS monitoring platforms (e.g., Drivin) or similar. * Proficiency with the Rinde Gastos platform. * Management indicators. * Traffic and safety regulations.
