**Holding Grupo Firma**, a growing company with diverse business units, is seeking to incorporate a **Financial Analyst** to support the organization's financial management and planning.
### **Position Objective**
Manage and analyze the Holding's financial information, with special emphasis on **identifying and managing funding sources, analyzing financial alternatives, and preparing financial reporting for Management**, delivering reliable and timely information for decision-making.
### **Main Responsibilities**
* Manage fund-raising activities and identify financing alternatives for various companies and projects.
* Maintain relationships and coordinate with **banks, financial institutions, factoring companies, leasing companies, and other financing entities**.
* Quote, analyze, and compare financing alternatives, considering interest rates, costs, terms, guarantees, and conditions.
* Prepare financial packages for credit applications, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, tax records, and corporate documentation.
* Monitor credit and financing applications until approval and disbursement.
* Keep the registry of credit lines, limits, amounts utilized, available balances, interest rates, and maturity dates up to date.
* Analyze debt structure and propose refinancing or restructuring alternatives.
* Develop and maintain **cash flow projections and financing needs forecasts**.
* Prepare periodic financial reporting for Management.
* Prepare executive reports on liquidity, indebtedness, financing, cash flow, results, and financial indicators.
* Design and maintain **financial dashboards and KPIs**.
* Analyze variances among actual, budgeted, and forecasted results.
* Analyze revenues, costs, expenses, margins, and results by company, business unit, branch, or project.
* Conduct profitability analyses for projects, investments, and new business opportunities.
* Develop financial models and scenarios to support decision-making.
* Monitor and track financial obligations, credits, leasing, and factoring.
* Monitor the organization's financial cost and debt level.
* Consolidate financial information from the Holding's various companies.
* Coordinate with **Accounting, Treasury, and Administration** departments to obtain and validate financial information.
* Identify and promptly report financial risks and propose optimization measures.
### **Required Profile**
We seek professionals with strong analytical skills, results orientation, confidential handling of information, and the ability to interact effectively with various internal departments and financial institutions.
**Requirements:**
* Professional degree in **Finance, Commercial Engineering, Certified Public Accountant, Financial Administration, or related field**.
* Experience in financial analysis and/or financing management.
* Proficiency in financial information, cash flows, indebtedness, and evaluation of financing alternatives.
* Ability to prepare reports and indicators for Management.
* Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
* Prior experience interacting with banks, factoring companies, leasing companies, or other financial institutions is desirable.
