Trains and coaches on technical and safety procedures. **Confidential** July 15, 2026 ### **Operations** #### **Key Points** Puerto Varas Full\-time To be agreed Indefinite Vacancies: 2 #### **Job Offer Details** ### **Job Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate scheduling of installation, maintenance, and technical service work at assigned aquaculture centers. * Lead, assign, and supervise tasks performed by field assistants, ensuring productivity and quality in execution. * Validate compliance with technical procedures and quality standards for installation and maintenance of aeration and oxygenation systems. * Supervise adherence to safety, HSE, and applicable sanitary regulations (Sernapesca) at each aquaculture center. * Act as the on-site technical counterpart to clients, managing requirements, incidents, and operational coordination. * Diagnose and resolve complex technical failures, escalating to engineering or technical support when appropriate. * Monitor usage of materials, spare parts, and equipment, managing procurement required for operations. * Prepare progress reports, technical reports, and field activity logs. Train and coach field assistants on technical and safety procedures ### **Job Requirements** • Education: Higher-level technician degree in electromechanics, industrial mechanics, electricity, automation, or related field. Supervision or team leadership training is desirable. • Experience: 3–5 years of field work experience, including at least 1–2 years leading technical teams, preferably in aquaculture, maritime, mining, or industrial industries. • Class B driver’s license (mandatory).
