Key Responsibilities * Lead and supervise the on-site team, ensuring achievement of company goals and standards. * Promote and guarantee compliance with safety, quality, and site organization standards. * Monitor workforce performance and manage improvement initiatives. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation. Job Requirements * Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering. * Minimum 4–5 years of on-site experience (mandatory requirement). * Proven experience in Rough Construction. * Experience in residential projects (mandatory requirement).
