Position Summary: Ensure operational continuity of mechanical and electromechanical equipment, civil works, and piping by managing their maintenance and continuous improvement. Promote continuous improvement and management systems **Job Description** ---------------------- Maintain operational continuity of mechanical and electromechanical equipment, as well as civil works and piping. 1\. Plan, coordinate, control, and supervise maintenance activities assigned by the organization (corrective, preventive, diagnostic, support, improvements, training, task forces, and lessons learned). 2\. Manage, specify, coordinate and/or lead auxiliary needs or requirements for the proper execution of maintenance, improvements, and replacements. 3\. Ensure maintenance activities comply with the asset management system, quality standards, good practices, a healthy work environment, safety, energy efficiency, and environmental requirements. 4\. Manage performance indicators, task assignments, tools, materials, and spare parts within the company's available maintenance management system. 5\. Administer and supervise all types of resources efficiently and effectively. 6\. Know and comply with the integrated management systems standards implemented by the company. 7\. Propose actions for continuous improvement of operational management and maintenance of facilities as an ongoing asset management practice. 8\. Ensure, participate in, and promote the implementation and development of the company’s Management Systems, in accordance with responsibilities defined in each system’s documentation. 9\. Perform, in line with the Position Objective, all related tasks connected to the main functions outlined above, and any other duties assigned by the supervisor. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * TECHNICAL OR UNIVERSITY DEGREE: Industrial Maintenance Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering. * MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN ELECTROMECHANICS, WITH LEADERSHIP AND TEAMWORK SKILLS. * SPECIALIZATION IN SANITARY INSTALLATIONS. * CLASS B DRIVER’S LICENSE (MANDATORY). INTERMEDIATE LEVEL MS OFFICE.
