At Fleischmann Chile S.A., leaders in the development of electrical and industrial projects, we distinguish ourselves through technical excellence, commitment to safety and quality, and the development of our human talent. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform low- and medium-voltage electrical installations. * Interpret electrical drawings and connection diagrams. * Carry out conduit routing, wiring, and panel assembly. * Verify compliance with electrical and safety standards. * Support functional testing and commissioning. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Report progress and updates to the Electrical Supervisor. **Requirements:** * Technician in Electricity, Electronics, or Secondary Technical Education in the electrical field (Desirable). * Or at least 3 years of experience as an electrician (M1 and M2\). * Completed secondary education. **Competencies for the Position:** * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Proactivity. * Organization. * Leadership and influence capability. * Safety orientation. * Conflict resolution. * Working under pressure. **Working Conditions** * **Work Schedule**: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–18:00; Friday, 8:00–17:00 * **Location**: Hospital Puerto Varas * Complementary health and life insurance.
