Job Objective Ensure the proper preparation, delivery, and receipt of vehicles, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service. Main Responsibilities * Deliver and receive vehicles, adhering to company-established procedures and protocols. * Prepare and coordinate the fleet according to scheduled reservations. * Provide courteous service and guidance to customers during vehicle delivery and return processes. * Verify that vehicles are in optimal operating condition by inspecting: * Valid documentation. * Up-to-date maintenance records. * General vehicle functionality (lights, windshield wipers, fluid levels, etc.). * Safety conditions. * Cleanliness and presentation. * Promptly report any damage or anomalies detected in the fleet. * Assist with vehicle transportation and organization as required. Requirements * Valid Class B driver's license (mandatory). * Completed secondary education. * Experience in the automotive, logistics, transportation, or related fields (preferred). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Service orientation, responsibility, and teamwork. Work Schedule * Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
