Excellent working environment. **Join Grupo Proa as a Distribution Center Supervisor!** ------------------------------------------------------------------ Grupo Proa, a leading company that brings together renowned brands such as **Champion Cat, Champion Dog, Champion Mini Pets, Sabro Kan, Yemita, Huevos La Granja Gallinas Libres, Performance and Select The Best**, is seeking a **Distribution Center Supervisor** to strengthen its logistics operations and ensure excellence in warehouse management. ### **Job Objective** Ensure efficient daily operations management of the distribution center, guaranteeing: * Inventory accuracy * On-time delivery schedule compliance * Maintenance of optimal storage conditions All achieved through direct supervision of the workforce and adherence to the company’s established standards for **quality, safety, and productivity**. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Receive the daily product delivery schedule from the distribution center, coordinated by the Distribution Manager of the respective business unit. * Conduct cyclical and periodic inventories, documenting and reporting the findings. * Assign tasks and supervise the distribution center team. * Review and monitor inter-warehouse transfers. * Maintain warehouse cleanliness and order, ensuring optimal working conditions. * Execute and maintain complete and accurate records for the area. * Comply with the area’s quality policy, objectives, and procedures within the current management system, supporting continuous improvement. * Strictly adhere to the company’s hygiene and safety regulations. ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree in Logistics. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in manufacturing companies and distribution centers similar to Grupo Proa. * **Technologies:** Proficiency in ERP systems and intermediate-level Microsoft Office. **SAP is mandatory**. * **Availability:** Must be available to work in **Mayocó**. ### **We Offer** * Opportunity to join a dynamic and professional team at a leading industry company. * Professional development in logistics and distribution. * Excellent working environment and corporate benefits. **If you meet the requirements and wish to become part of Grupo Proa, we invite you to apply and grow with us.**
