Main responsibilities include: \- Perform quantity take-offs, analysis tables, and other reports to support proposal submission, as stipulated in tender documents. \- Generate and consolidate information from technical documentation and tender bases required for preparing a proposal study, particularly regarding quantities of items, materials, and resources. \- Raise queries arising from document analysis according to current tender schedules. These are the requirements: \- Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Construction, or Technical Diploma in Construction. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within the construction industry. \- Knowledge of blueprint interpretation. \- Knowledge of construction processes. \- Knowledge of quantity surveying. \- Knowledge of equipment, materials, and resources. \- Intermediate AutoCAD skills. \- Revit (desirable).
