Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating work teams, monitoring project execution, supervising quality and safety standards, managing material resources, and tracking adherence to deadlines and operational requirements. Main responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise daily craftsmanship and workshop activities. * Plan and control manufacturing and maintenance projects. * Organize and assign tasks to technical and operational staff. * Conduct technical surveys and review engineering drawings. * Supervise metal fabrication, welding, assembly, painting, and maintenance work. * Manage material requisitions and inventory. * Prepare progress and productivity reports. * Coordinate on-site activities when required. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and occupational health standards. ### **Job Requirements** • Higher Technical or Professional degree in Metal Construction, Industrial Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering (Execution), Industrial Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years’ experience leading craftsmanship, industrial maintenance, or metal-mechanical project teams. • Experience in aquaculture industry or industrial services is desirable. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. • Knowledge of metal fabrication and welding. • Knowledge of project planning and control. • Inventory and material control expertise. • Proficiency in AutoCAD or other technical drawing software. • Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and other Office tools. • Valid Class B driver’s license (mandatory). • Availability to conduct site visits and on-site supervision as required. ### **Benefits**
