At LL Consulting, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager for our client, an important company in the wood industry with presence in the Araucanía Region. Your objective will be to design, lead and supervise continuous improvement initiatives in operational and administrative processes, ensuring optimal use of allocated resources. Implement optimization strategies that increase efficiency, productivity and quality, while maintaining established safety standards. Promote team participation, fostering a continuous improvement mindset to achieve and exceed organizational goals. Main responsibilities include: * Design and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize operational processes, reduce waste and improve productivity. * Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, quality, costs and efficiency, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. * Lead continuous improvement projects, guaranteeing the implementation of innovative and sustainable solutions. * Train and coach staff in continuous improvement tools, techniques and methodologies, promoting a culture of learning and excellence. * Conduct periodic audits and evaluations of production processes, measuring the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and adjusting strategies as necessary. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in implemented processes, safeguarding business sustainability and team well-being. Key requirements: * Academic background: Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Wood Industries Engineering, Forestry Engineering, or Mechanical Civil Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in roles related to continuous improvement processes. * Certification in continuous improvement and waste reduction in production processes. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Class B driver's license (own transportation desirable). * Availability: On-site, Full-time. * Work availability: 80% field and 20% office.
