Manage spare parts procurement and lead HSE activities. * Full-time position * Supervisor * Valparaíso Region * Valparaíso Sitrans, a leading national logistics company, is seeking a Container Crane Maintenance Supervisor for its Curauma Agency in Valparaíso. **Job Objective:** Supervise and lead the optimal execution of preventive and corrective maintenance processes for company assets, to support physical availability for service delivery and business operational continuity, while ensuring the safety of personnel under supervision. **Main Responsibilities:** * Verify and supervise on-site preventive maintenance processes and perform required tasks for repairs and process compliance. * Lead continuous improvement in maintenance management. * Delegate and participate in maintenance and repair processes and execution. * Guide and supervise standardization of procedures and technical knowledge. * Coordinate and plan spare parts procurement; disseminate HSE policy and lead HSE activities. * Comply with company-established standards regarding Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality. * + Operate and maneuver forklift cranes, either for warehouse operations or maintenance (at SAI/VAP agencies). **Desired Profile** ------------------ **Required Knowledge:** * Intermediate Excel. * Leadership and personnel supervision. * Fracttal (non-exclusive). * Class B and D driver's license. **Experience:** * 5 years as a mechanic working in the company’s maintenance area. **Education:** * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical Engineering, or Heavy Machinery. * Minimum 5 years of experience * Minimum education level: Higher Technical Professional * Graduate
