Join us and be part of the adventure of the century! **Your Purpose at ENGIE** Responsible for ensuring the correct implementation and application of supply and infrastructure contracts. This includes supporting the billing process, managing collections, performing accounting analysis of accounts, and administering and managing various company support platforms—primarily SAP and Salesforce, among others. ️ **Your Key Responsibilities** * Support the billing process, validate payment statements to be sent to upstream and downstream customers, generate corresponding OCs and HESs for invoice accounting, conduct customer account analyses, create new customers in SAP, and produce monthly reports upon closing each operation. * Manage collections for each upstream and downstream customer, coordinating with other involved departments, aiming to maintain a non-delinquent portfolio in accordance with agreed contractual terms and company policies, and proposing mitigation measures for overdue receivables. * Administer the Salesforce platform (*), including creation of upstream and downstream customers, document management for all contracts, and tracking of any agreed amendments with counterparties, providing information in a concise and systematic manner. * Propose, assist in developing, and execute information requirements—including provisioning reports, natural gas purchase and sale reports, overall contract status, critical dates, and material events—among others. * Keep SAP and Salesforce (*) data up to date as applicable.
