Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC Programming and Operation Technician to program, set up, and operate machines, ensuring quality standards and productivity in precision machining. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in CNC programming and operation. 2. Proficiency in FANUC, Siemens, and/or Mazak controls, and G and M codes. 3. Knowledge of CAD/CAM, GD&T, and interpretation of mechanical drawings. A metalworking company located in the commune of Lampa is looking to hire a CNC Programming and Operation Technician with experience in precision machining and CNC machine programming. **Job Objective** To program, set up, and operate CNC machines, ensuring compliance with the company's established quality, productivity, and safety standards for manufacturing high-precision components. **Requirements** * Higher Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CNC programming and operation. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with FANUC, Siemens, and/or Mazak controls. * Proficiency in G and M codes. * Knowledge of CAD/CAM and GD\&T. * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications. * Proficiency in using metrology instruments and dimensional control tools. * Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Program and operate CNC machining centers and lathes. * Interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Adjust machine parameters and perform machine commissioning. * Verify dimensions and tolerances of manufactured parts. * Comply with industrial quality and safety standards. * Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives. **Work Location:** Lampa, Metropolitan Region.
