One customer, one family, one community at a time. **ABOUT THIS ROLE** This role will be responsible for managing monetary transactions efficiently and accurately. This role involces customer servie, payment processing , cash management and resolving queries related to transactions issued by the company´s clients. **ROLES \& RESPONSIBILITIES*** Process money transfer quickly and accurately * Handle cash, ensuring accuracy in the recording of each operation * Provide exceptional customer serviec, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to sending money * Assist costumers in the process and sending and receiving money, providing the necessary information about products and services * Identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent activity according to established company procedures * Carry out the opening and closing of cash, ensuring the correct reconciliation of funds received and managed * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of all transactions made day to day * Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of operations **POSITION REQUIREMENTS*** Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to handle cash and perform mathematical calculations accurately * Detail orientation and ability to work under pressure * Basic computer knowledge * Ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment * Minimum of 1 \- 2 years of verificable experience in field * Previous experience in remittance or financial companies * Must be able to work in a rotative schedule Monday \- Sunday ( 9am\-19hrs) **PERKS \& BENEFITS*** Medical, Dental and Life Insurance * Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Free day for Birthday * Discounts for Caja los Andes and Mutual de Seguridad affiliates * Preferential fee on gym membership in Smartfit * Use of Ria´s remmitance service without comission cost * Growth Opportunities * Corporate gatherings, team bonding events, and much more!
