This role serves as a key integrator among technical, commercial, planning, and SHEQ departments, guaranteeing process compliance, information availability, and correct work execution. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Monitor and control scope, schedule, costs, and deliverables of workshop work in coordination with Line Supervisor and Workshop Manager. * Ensure proper preparation of startup folders for service execution, integrating commercial, technical, and additional required resources. * Act as liaison between Technical Service and SHEQ for technician accreditation across various mining sites; collaborate closely with Planning to optimize resource scheduling. * Maintain a commercial and service-oriented focus toward internal and external customers. * Prepare service execution result reports, verifying scope, costs, timelines, and deliverables. * Monitor correct interaction between corporate platforms (WCS, JIRA, WIP or others) and Technical Service personnel. * Supervise implementation of action plans of various types within the department. * Participate in preparing BC, IA, and other analytical methods required by Technical Service. * Perform additional tasks assigned by management and fulfill requested duties and reporting obligations. * Ensure team compliance with SYSO and ISO standards. **Requirements** * Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent qualification. * Knowledge of Aftermarket Analysis, Project Evaluation, Marketing, and continuous improvement tools. * Competencies aligned with Epiroc values: innovation, collaboration, commitment, safety mindset, responsibility, teamwork, customer orientation, openness, courage, and transparency. **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition and our cities and infrastructure must be developed to serve a growing population.
