Leadership of teams in similar positions with bakery experience Join San Camilo! We are looking for an Assistant Production Line Supervisor for the Bakery Department. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise order scheduling for the assigned section, organizing material (raw materials) and human resources involved in product manufacturing * Submit raw material requests for product manufacturing * Supervise and carry out product manufacturing and delivery to requesting departments * Monitor and inspect hygiene and sanitation conditions in work areas, as well as temperature in processing rooms and chambers * Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper storage of raw materials and finished products * Hand over pending order schedules to subsequent shifts Working schedule: Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, night) * Rotating Shifts: 07:00–15:00, 10:00–18:00, 22:00–06:00 * Two Sundays off per month, two Sundays worked * Working week based on 42 hours The factory is located in Santiago Centro (Quinta Normal metro station) Requirements: * Knowledge of bakery and pastry techniques * Knowledge of food hygiene and handling regulations * Operation of production line machinery * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles, leading work teams
