What challenges will you face in this role? * Address customer requests related to products, services, and projects. * Handle and deliver to customers products generated by corporate-level remote sales. * Review purchase orders generated through remote sales, coordinating payment processing. * Manage solutions corresponding to customer requests related to products, services, and projects. * Receive and inspect products returned by customers. * Issue and manage credit notes for product returns. * Prepare in-person quotations for customers. * Coordinate product transfer from the dispatch area.
