Identify inconsistencies, interdisciplinary interferences, information gaps, regulatory non-compliance, and deviations in technical documentation. Track identified observations until their respective resolution. Support the development of necessary documentation to resolve observations issued by the client regarding various projects. Support coordination among different disciplines during design and engineering phases. Participate in the analysis of technical documentation and in proposing alternatives and optimizations for project development. Perform control of final deliverables, verifying compliance with established project standards and requirements. Requirements: Professional degree in Architecture. Minimum 3 years of experience in project development, review, and coordination. Knowledge of Chilean technical regulations and construction-related legislation. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, especially for modeling and clash detection in BIM environments. Proficiency in Navisworks and AutoCAD. Desired experience with cloud-based document management platforms such as BIM 360, Procore, or similar.
