Position Summary: Responsible for supervising the airline team's activities in exports and ensuring high-quality service performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and allocation of personnel for flight operations. 2. Customer and airline requirements handling and supervision. 3. Conducting safety briefings and operational improvement meetings. At **AEROSAN**, we are seeking an **Airline Service Supervisor** to join our team at **Pudahuel, International Cargo Terminal of the Airport**. The role is responsible for overseeing all activities carried out by the export airline team and ensuring high performance of executed services. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and allocate available personnel monthly and daily for flight build-up operations. * Handle and supervise requirements from internal and external customers as well as airlines. * Respond to team needs (supplies, equipment, personnel) to ensure successful task execution. * Record vacations, absences, medical leaves, and shift changes for accurate tracking of working days. * Submit weekly and monthly reports to our customers for proper billing. * Conduct safety briefings and team meetings to identify operational improvement opportunities and solutions for errors committed. **Requirements** * Technical or professional degree in international trade, tourism, or administration. * Class B driver's license. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
