The primary objective of this position is to support the Center Manager's management by supervising operational tasks associated with fish farming in seawater at Agua Mar, monitoring production processes and external services, thereby ensuring compliance with the company's established standards for quality, biosecurity, production, and safety. ### **Job Requirements** \- Technical or Professional degree in Aquaculture, Aquaculture Engineering, or a related field. \- Experience working at seawater aquaculture centers (mandatory). \- More than 1 year of experience in similar roles is desirable. \- Knowledge of production processes at aquaculture centers, environmental parameter monitoring, and quality recordkeeping. \- A Base Station License, Small Vessel Master’s License, Onboard Familiarization Certificate, and PIA License are desirable. \- Availability to work on a 14x14 shift schedule. ### **Benefits** Commuter Buses Daily Meals
