Job Summary:
We are seeking a Structural/Process Construction Technical Inspector (ITO) to technically supervise construction activities, verify compliance with drawings and specifications, and control on-site quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily technical supervision of construction and infrastructure activities
2. Verification of compliance with engineering drawings, execution designs, and technical specifications
3. Rigorous quality control of materials, construction processes, and field solutions

We specialize in engineering multidisciplinary services and risk prevention advisory, with notable participation in renewable energy projects. With nearly 20 years in the market, we maintain an international presence in Chile, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Peru, and other countries.
Currently, we are seeking a **Structural/Process ITO** for the expansion of an industrial plant, estimated to last 5 months, with on-site work in San Gregorio, Ñiquén.
**Job Mission:**
* Daily technical supervision of construction and infrastructure activities on site.
* Verification of compliance with engineering drawings, execution designs, and technical specifications.
* Rigorous quality control of materials, construction processes, and field solutions.
* Identification of interferences among disciplines (civil, structural, piping) and coordination with the project team.
* Technical support in change management (technical input) and information requests.
* Monitoring of physical progress and direct support in managing the overall schedule.
* Coordination and support in inspections, material testing, and field technical validations.
* Active participation in punch list generation (list of pending items) and closure of observations for project handover.
**What are we looking for in you to join this opportunity?**
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Civil Construction.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial projects or construction.
* Experience in food or manufacturing sectors is desirable.
* 100% on-site work.
* Residence in Chillán, San Carlos, San Gregorio, or surrounding areas is desirable.
**Other Conditions:**
* On-site working hours: 42 hours per week, including a 30-minute lunch break.
