Since our inception, we have aimed to distinguish ourselves through professionalism in service delivery and the excellent quality of our products. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Perform installation, maintenance, repair, testing, and corrective actions on fire protection systems and related equipment, ensuring proper equipment functionality while complying with quality, safety, and applicable regulatory standards (NFPA, NCh). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fire protection systems (detection, alarm, sprinklers, wet and dry pipe networks). ? Inspect and test control panels, fire alarm control units, and addressable devices. ? Verify operation of smoke detectors, heat detectors, and manual pull stations. ? Execute new equipment and system installations according to drawings and technical specifications. ? Maintain and inspect fire pump systems (electric and diesel pumps). ? Inspect valves, cabinets, hoses, and accessories. ? Conduct hydraulic and pressure tests on piping networks. ? Strictly comply with safety protocols, PPE usage, and applicable regulations. ? Diagnose field failures and perform on-site repairs. ? Prepare technical reports and maintenance records. ? Comply with applicable regulations (e.g., NFPA and local regulations). ? Coordinate on-site work with clients and supervisors. ? Maintain inventory and control of assigned materials, tools, and equipment. ? Support installation and commissioning of new fire protection systems REQUIREMENTS: ? Educational level: Technical degree in Electricity, Electronics, or Mechanics. ? 1–3 years of experience in fire protection systems. ? Basic knowledge of fire protection systems. ? Proficiency in manual and electric tools. ? Ability to use control checklists, basic reports, and documentation. ? Knowledge of NFPA standards related to fire protection systems. ? Familiarity with VESDA aspiration detection systems is desirable. ?
