




The position is part of the backoffice unit, a multifunctional team within the mortgage management department. The main purpose of this role is to analyze, validate, execute, and support operational processes of the mortgage credit department, ensuring proper service to requests from Bci's multibank commercial line, along with executing the closing of the mortgage process by sending the deed and related legal/operational documents to each Bci customer. Professional, personalized, and high-quality attention must be provided to our internal and external customers, complying with strict controls of defined processes, while ensuring compliance within established deadlines **In this role, you will have the opportunity to:** Analyze, validate, and manage the document generation process that initiates the disbursement process. Receive and process documentation requests from internal clients. Analyze, validate, and execute the final process of sending deeds and related legal/operational documents for each mortgage loan. Manage document requests with external companies. Handle documentation requests from insurance companies. Act as backup for the issuance process of physical \& virtual sight drafts for payments to sellers in the loans we finance, as well as custody and customer service for the delivery of valuable documents at our facilities. Support coordination and validation of powers of attorney with the mortgage legal department, receive valuable documents sent by the Prosecutor's Office, and coordinate their submission for exchange and application. **To succeed in this position, you need:** Technical degree in finance or related field. At least one year of experience in customer service and support roles. Intermediate level of Office software skills. **It is even better if you have:** Higher undergraduate studies related to the banking business. Courses in customer service and handling difficult customers. Knowledge of mortgage products.
