Salmon company is looking for a Traceability Assistant to join the Commercial team **Functions:** Carry out AOCS certification compliance reports via Excel, email, counter service, and SISCOMEX system Preparation and processing of traceability documentation to support AOCS requirements. Perform traceability exercises for Sernapesca inspections, market standard certification audits, customer audits, etc. Preparation and creation of sworn statements and national sales traceability documents. Enter data from farming centers into the FISTALK PROCESSING system regarding cages, analyses, sampling requests, Generate and maintain control of product and/or market-specific retention records Participate in Recall exercises (product rejection and re-distribution) Receive reprocessing supporting documentation and request batch coding. Maintain digital records and hard copies of AOCS or farming center documentation. Carry out traceability reporting for the Sernapesca system across any of its areas (Biomass Balance, plant, and/or marketing) **Requirements:** Higher education: Technical Professional or University level Degree in Food Engineering, Fisheries, Computer Science, Accounting Basic knowledge of food handling, good manufacturing practices, food safety, food defense. Specific knowledge: HACCP, ISO9000, BRC, IFS, PAC, POS and Globalgap, destination markets Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Excel 2 years of experience in the area or similar positions **Conditions:** Fixed-term contract, transitioning to permanent Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating morning and afternoon shifts (afternoon shift in telework mode)
