At **AEROSAN**, we are seeking a Quality Assistant to join our team in **Pudahuel**. ### **Purpose of the Position** Ensure compliance with **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and **customers’ technical specifications**, guaranteeing operational quality, operational safety, and documentary traceability in air cargo processes. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Verify documentation and cargo in reception areas, warehouses, and GHA offices. * Monitor the proper transfer of documentation to commercial departments. * Conduct physical inspections of cargo (netting, labeling, weight, and palletization). * Ensure **Dangerous Goods (DG)** comply with international regulations. * Validate the presence and accuracy of **ULD TAG** and “Known Cargo” labels prior to loading. * Report irregularities or anomalies detected during the shift. * Prepare daily reports documenting incidents, corrective actions, and observations. ### **Knowledge and Experience** * Technical or professional education in **Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Administration**. * **Minimum 2 years** of experience in similar roles within the aviation or logistics sector. * Knowledge of **aviation regulations**, **document management**, **operational safety**, **environmental management**, and **Integrated Management Systems (IMS)**. * Proficiency in office software tools. * Basic English (technical reading). ### **Responsibilities within the Integrated Management System (IMS)** * Comply with policies and procedures for **Quality, Operational Safety, Environmental Management, and Occupational Health**. * Report incidents, unsafe conditions, and opportunities for improvement in the **Integrated Reporting System (IRS)**. * Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and environmental responsibility. * Actively participate in **IMS training and development programs**.
