At Administradora General de Fondos (AGF), we are looking for a Process and Automation Analyst, who will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, designing, and optimizing internal processes, driving automation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that contribute to operational efficiency, risk reduction, and service excellence. This position will work cross-functionally across various business areas, identifying improvement opportunities, proposing technological solutions, and actively participating in digital transformation and automation projects. Key Responsibilities * Elicit, document, and analyze business processes. * Identify opportunities for automation and operational optimization. * Design and implement process improvements using continuous improvement methodologies. * Develop workflows, procedures, diagrams, and related documentation. * Participate in digital transformation and automation projects. * Coordinate with user departments to define functional requirements. * Monitor management indicators and process efficiency metrics. * Support testing, implementation, and follow-up of technological solutions. * Manage initiatives aimed at reducing operational risks and improving internal user experience. Requirements * Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Information and Management Control Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or a related field. * Experience in process analysis, elicitation, and improvement. * Experience in automation and continuous improvement initiatives. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of process modeling and documentation. Desirable * Familiarity with automation tools (Power Automate, RPA, or similar). * Power BI proficiency. * Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies. * Experience in financial institutions, banking, or capital markets. * Project management knowledge.
