Support in process mapping and documentation:** * Check whether current documents are available. * Verify that there are no duplicate documents. * Gather information and structurally record data regarding operational processes and/or CM areas, subsequently documenting them through flowcharts, descriptions, and process sheets according to current department standards. **2\. Document classification:** * Assist in reviewing, organizing, and categorizing departmental documentation (procedures, instructions, workflows, matrices), ensuring compliance with completeness, validity, traceability, and proper classification within the official repository (SUNBEX). **3\. Updating document formats:** * Update documents to the most current BEX formats. * Possibility of obtaining updated screens at offices. 4\. Process diagramming * Diagram simple processes currently documented in outdated files. 5\. Support in continuous improvement initiatives * Participate in proposals for optimization, standardization of formats, basic task automation (e.g., using Excel or Power Automate), and development of improvements that facilitate operational management across the network.
