We are seeking a Sales Assistant for our Colina store, specifically for the cladding department, who will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain proper product display and restocking, and contribute to achieving the branch’s commercial goals. Your purpose: Guide and advise customers throughout the purchasing process, ensuring an agile and satisfying experience; maintain order, restocking, and presentation of products within your assigned area; and support the store’s commercial operations in accordance with Construmart standards. Key responsibilities: * Greet, guide, and advise customers in-store, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products/solutions. * Maintain product display, restocking, and organization in your assigned area (facing, cleanliness, up-to-date pricing and signage). * Verify stock levels, prices, and current promotions; coordinate with warehouse and restocking as needed. * Assist with rotating inventories, shrinkage control, and simple in-store adjustments. * Promote cross-selling and complementary sales to help achieve commercial targets. * Record and escalate product-, price-, or stock-related incidents to the relevant departments. * Comply with safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE); foster courteous and efficient customer service. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in sales, customer service, or related roles (preferably in retail or construction). * Basic proficiency in digital tools (Excel/spreadsheets); familiarity with POS systems is desirable. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations. * Service orientation, strong communication skills, organizational ability, and teamwork.
