### **Operations Assistant** ### **Job Description** We are seeking an **Operations Assistant** for our client **Everest**, a company recognized for its track record and presence in the industry. This position is specifically aimed at **technicians or recently graduated professionals** with degrees in Commercial Engineering or Industrial Engineering, who seek their first professional experience within a major corporation, with real exposure to operational and business processes. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Reviewing PDF files to record business information into control spreadsheets. * Supporting the tracking and management of document signatures. * Entering information into spreadsheets for the issuance of insurance policies. * Providing general support to the Operations department in specific tasks. * Contributing to meeting internal deadlines and standards. ### **Requirements** **Education:** * Technician or recent graduate in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** * No prior experience required.
