Evaluate technological alternatives for continuous improvement. **Job Description** ---------------------- CajaVecina is seeking to hire an Operational Continuity Analyst. Coordinate, manage, and oversee Field Technical Support, Implementation, Maintenance, and Closure services to ensure proper functionality and operational continuity of the network, by monitoring transactional platforms, managing inventory control, coordinating with external companies, and collaborating with other CajaVecina departments and BancoEstado subsidiaries, in order to guarantee service quality. Coordinate and manage the monitoring and tracking of operational continuity across the CajaVecina network, defining action plans in response to incidents. Coordinate, manage, and oversee the implementation and activation process of new CajaVecina locations, in collaboration with key stakeholders from the subsidiary, BancoEstado, and related companies. Coordinate, manage, and oversee the maintenance and closure process for CajaVecina service points, carried out either through BancoEstado personnel or external service providers. Design and implement business continuity plans based on risk analysis associated with the services under supervision. Evaluate and propose technological alternatives aimed at continuous improvement in the implementation, maintenance, and closure processes of services. Execute operational continuity monitoring across the CajaVecina network, implementing action plans in response to incidents. " **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Management Control, or related field. * Experience managing contracts with suppliers or external service providers. * Experience in after-sales support and/or resolving customer issues.
