Position: Commercial Assistant Are you passionate about teamwork and commercial management? This opportunity is for you! Position Objective To provide operational and administrative support to commercial management by executing tasks, preparing reports, and carrying out assignments delegated by the Analyst, thereby supporting the proper implementation of the +CECO plan and defined processes, facilitating the work of sales teams and ensuring operational continuity. Key Responsibilities Submit weekly and monthly KPI reports for performance monitoring and improvement. Quantify kilograms entered per customer portfolio and review sales quotas by salesperson and product. Support FEFO (expiration dates, shortages, add-ons) management and pricing requests. Daily tracking of customer attrition, retention, and acquisition of new customers. Consolidate products with scheduled delivery dates for volume and pricing entries in auction forms. Review customer accounts receivable (80-20 rule) and send detailed breakdowns per salesperson. Assist in managing account blocks due to expiration of credit terms. Review and assign SAI tickets for claims. Register and manage credit note requests as appropriate. Requirements Requirements **Education:** Technical degree in Business Administration or related field. **Experience:** Prior experience as a commercial analyst or in planning within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies is desirable. **Knowledge:** Intermediate-level Excel (required).
