Position: Sales Assistant Are you passionate about teamwork and commercial management? This opportunity is for you! Job Objective Provide operational and administrative support to commercial management by carrying out tasks, reports, and actions delegated by the Analyst, supporting the proper implementation of the \+CECO plan and defined processes, facilitating the work of sales teams and ensuring operational continuity. Main Responsibilities Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports for performance monitoring and improvement. Quantify kilograms entered per portfolio and review quotas by salesperson and product. Support FEFO (dates, shortages, additional items) management and pricing requests. Daily follow-up on customer attrition, retention, and new customers. Consolidate products with dates for volume and price submission in auction forms. Review client current accounts 80\-20 and send details per salesperson. Support management of account blocks due to business closure. Review and assign SAI tickets for claims. Record and manage credit note requests as appropriate. Requirements Requirements **Education:** Technical degree in Business Administration or related field. **Experience:** Previous experience as a commercial analyst or planner in fast-moving consumer goods companies is desirable. **Knowledge:** Intermediate level Excel (required).
