Job Summary: Manage and convert incoming inquiries into sales, maximizing revenue and occupancy through customer relationship management and negotiation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage inquiries and convert them into sales 2. Retain existing accounts and negotiate terms 3. Each of Accor's hotel brands has its own values and standards, which the group continuously and consistently strives to uphold. **Job Description** Manage all incoming requests (e.g., quotations, commercial agreements, group bookings, series, etc.) and convert them into sales, maximizing revenue and occupancy. **1. Inquiry Management** Respond to quotations from Corporates, Travel Agencies, and Groups Ensure rapid response times Prioritize based on profitability, availability, and dates Contact customers by phone to present our hotels, according to databases generated by the team. **2. Quotation and Sales Closure** Send commercial proposals: Corporate rates/Agreements Group quotations Negotiate terms (dates, rates, policies) Follow up until sale closure **3. Customer Relationship Management** Maintain contact with frequent quoting customers Retain existing accounts Provide quick answers to facilitate closure Participate in customer-facing initiatives when required. **Requirements** Minimum Experience: 1-2 years Proficiency in Excel English preferred **Additional Information** We are much more than a global leader.
