Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Risk Prevention area by performing document management, reporting, and EPP control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the Risk Prevention area 2. Document and operational management in Risk Prevention 3. EPP control, database management, and training Maui and Sons, Rip Curl Chile, and Prosurf SPA — a corporate group — operates across Chile from Arica to Chiloé, with over 100 sales points in the country's major cities and shopping malls. We are looking for motivated individuals with excellent teamwork skills to join us as our next ***Administrative Assistant for the Risk Prevention Area***, whose main purpose will be: ***To provide administrative support to the Professional Risk Prevention area (Law 16\.744\)*** **Responsibilities:** * Prepare reports requested by supervisors. * Support document management for the Risk Prevention area. * Support administrative and operational management of the Risk Prevention area. * Maintain documentation records for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) distribution. * Keep worker databases up to date (exams, training sessions, safety talks). * Record attendance and generate reports on completed training sessions. * Manage worker signatures on safety-related documents. * Support dissemination of safety and self-care campaign materials. * Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory inspections. **Requirements:** * Minimum one year of experience in a similar position. * Technical or Engineering degree in Administration. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. *At Maui and Sons, we believe work must be inclusive—where individual differences are respected, valued, and accommodated so all employees can fully develop their talents.
