




Support the company's financial process at the efficiency levels required by production and commercial areas, primarily, within the context of the strategy and policies defined by the Administration and Finance Management. 1\. Enter and input invoices into the SAP system. 2\. Daily review of supplier invoices for accounting account and cost center. 3\. Daily review of Raw Material Receipt Form. 4\. Review Sales Book \- Professional Service Receipts and Dispatch Guides in the SII. 5\. Preparation of reconciliations for Purchases Book \- Sales \- Services \- Rejected Invoices. 6\. Preparation of Form 29 (IVA). 7\. Review of Funds to be Accounted For \- Expense Reports \- Supplier Advances (Accounting Account\-Cost Center\-Documents). 8\. Accounting entry for receipt of funds to be accounted for. 9\. Accounting entry for supplier advance receipts. 10\. Accounting entry for fixed funds reimbursement. 11\. Accounting entry for Comex Loans. 12\. Accounting entry for FAS Loans \- Final Settlements \- Pension Withholdings \- Salary Re-adjustments. 13\. Authorization of Credit Notes and Purchase Requests in SAP system. 14\. Perform administrative tasks. Quality and Food Safety Responsibility: Execute tasks in compliance with the quality, food safety, and continuous improvement procedures defined for the SGCIA, adhere to good manufacturing practices, maintain a clean and orderly work environment, and report any deviations that could affect product quality and/or safety. Occupational Health and Safety Responsibility: Actively participate in the implementation of the Risk Prevention Program, as well as safety training and campaigns, and correctly apply safe work procedures. Secondary education is required, along with training courses in general accounting, taxation (IVA, Form 29\), bank reconciliations, and ERP systems (SAP). Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles, including invoice registration, account analysis, and support in financial processes. Job type: Full-time
