Job Summary: At Sodexo Chile, we are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to perform activities related to the storage, organization, and recordkeeping of products and supplies, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for product storage, organization, and recordkeeping. 2. Quality, expiration date, and inventory control verification. 3. Support in receiving, labeling, and packaging supplies. At Sodexo Chile, we are looking for a Warehouse Assistant who will be responsible for carrying out storage, organization, and recordkeeping activities for warehouse products and supplies, ensuring adherence to established procedures, all within the company's quality and safety standards. Verify product quality and expiration dates. Maintain warehouse facilities clean and organized at all times. Store products. Keep the warehouse manager informed about product stock levels. Dispatch products according to daily order requests. Record product inflows and outflows. Prepare bi-weekly and monthly inventories. Assist in labeling and packaging incoming supplies and store them at appropriate temperatures. Dispatch products according to daily order requests. Record product inflows and outflows. Label and package incoming supplies immediately and store them at appropriate temperatures.· Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in organization, inventory management, and logistics. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and/or inventory management. Residency in Region IV.
