Service-oriented attitude, kindness, and courtesy Position Profile: Waiter/Runner Restaurant: Piso Uno Location: Providencia, Santiago, Chile Job Objective: The Waiter/Runner will serve as the liaison between the kitchen, service team, and customers, ensuring fast, efficient, and courteous service. Responsibilities include supporting dish delivery and customer service, maintaining coordination between kitchen and dining area, and collaborating in an organized and friendly work environment to guarantee a satisfying customer experience. Main Responsibilities: * Deliver dishes from the kitchen to tables promptly and accurately. * Assist in restocking and organizing utensils and materials in the dining area. * Provide friendly and effective customer service in response to requests. * Collaborate in cleaning and maintaining order in service and preparation areas. * Support the movement of dishes, trays, and other service equipment. * Follow hygiene, safety, and customer service protocols. Requirements: * Service-oriented attitude, kindness, and courtesy. * Responsibility and eagerness to learn about restaurant service. * Good personal presentation and effective communication skills. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. * Availability to work rotating shifts (5x2). * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Foreign applicants must hold valid and compliant documentation.
