Falabella is currently looking for its next Senior Microinformatics Analyst. Job Mission * Promote operational stability, continuity, and scalability through automation, standardization, and technical support for strategic initiatives. Job Responsibilities * Monitor production services, ensuring appropriate levels of availability and performance. * Implement improvements to increase platform reliability and stability. * Automate recurring operational tasks and resolution of common errors (TOIL). * Participate in incident post-mortem analyses and preventive actions. * Proactively identify performance issues and operational risks. * Document platforms and support runbook creation. * Resolve production incidents in On-Premise, SaaS, and IaaS environments. * Collaborate with Technology Operations teams for Level 2 support and on-call shifts. * Apply best practices for system security and reliability. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations roles. * Programming proficiency in Python, Ruby, JavaScript, or Go (mandatory). * Experience with Git (mandatory). * Experience in production environments or critical platforms. * Desired experience in POS support, retail, or payment systems. * Intermediate English for reading and technical documentation (non-mandatory).
