### **Security Guards – H&M Store, Mall Arauco Maipú** **ISEG CHILE**, a leading provider of comprehensive private security services, is seeking **Security Guards**, with or without a valid **OS10 certification**, to join its team at the **H&M store located in Mall Arauco Maipú (Santiago).** **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor and control the entry and exit of merchandise and staff. * Conduct preventive patrols and surveillance activities aimed at preventing theft and shoplifting. * Ensure compliance with established security protocols. * Maintain order and safeguard the premises, ensuring a safe experience for customers and employees. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **6 months’ experience** as a security guard in retail or supermarkets. * Valid **OS10 certification**, or currently in the process of obtaining one (non-exclusive requirement). * Completed secondary education (mandatory requirement). * For foreign applicants: valid permanent residence ID card and officially recognized academic credentials. **We offer:** * **Net salary:** $540,000 (with or without OS10 certification). * **Job stability:** fixed-term contract with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract. * Bi-weekly payroll. * Full uniform provided. * Opportunity to work **extra shifts**, paid the following day. * Excellent **work environment**, with continuous support from the supervision team. **Work schedule:** * **Rotating 5x2 shifts** **Extra shifts** * $44,000 Monday through Friday * $46,000 on weekends and holidays Extra shifts are paid the following day, except those performed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, which are paid the following Monday.
