Vitacura 2939, Las Condes, Santiago, Metropolitan Region * **Net Salary:** CLP $2\.220\.000 / month * **Work Schedule:** On-site (Full-time / Monday to Friday) **Purpose of the Role** Sirba Communication SpA seeks to hire a Delivery Route Planner to join its operational team in the commune of Las Condes. The primary objective of this position is to design, optimize, and monitor delivery route scheduling, ensuring efficient allocation of transportation resources, adherence to distribution timelines, and minimization of operational costs. **Position Responsibilities** * Design and prepare daily delivery route schedules for the transport fleet, considering volume, time windows, and delivery priority. * Optimally assign loads to available vehicles to maximize capacity utilization and reduce unnecessary mileage. * Conduct real-time tracking of vehicles en route using GPS monitoring tools to manage deviations or unforeseen events. * Coordinate directly with warehouse and customer service teams in response to contingencies or changes in scheduling. * Analyze key performance indicators (on-time delivery rate, fuel consumption, cycle times) to propose operational improvements. **Required Qualifications** * Technical or professional degree in Logistics, Transportation Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in route planning, dynamic routing, or logistics fleet management. * Demonstrable proficiency in routing software (TMS) and intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * In-depth knowledge of the road network in the Metropolitan Region and strong problem-solving ability in contingency situations. * Availability to work on-site at Av.
