Pedro Montt 1900, Valparaíso, Valparaíso Region * **Net Salary:** CLP $1\.690\.000 / month * **Work Mode:** On-site \| Rotating Shifts \| Full-time **JOB DESCRIPTION** The operations team of **Laja Investment BV SpA** seeks to hire a **Perimeter Security Guard** for its premises located along the commercial corridor of Av. Pedro Montt, Valparaíso. This position focuses on active boundary protection, external access control, and early detection of security vulnerabilities in the perimeter. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct continuous inspection patrols around the facility’s exterior and interior perimeters. * Control pedestrian and vehicular access points at the property boundaries. * Monitor the condition of perimeter barriers, gates, lighting fixtures, and external security devices. * Deter and immediately report any attempted intrusion or acts of vandalism to the control center. * Maintain the perimeter duty logbook accurately updated for each shift. **REQUIRED PROFILE** * Valid OS\-10 certification issued by Carabineros de Chile (Mandatory Requirement). * Completed secondary education diploma. * Minimum 1 year of experience in perimeter surveillance, industrial facilities, or large-scale properties. * Strong observational skills, strict adherence to instructions, and willingness to work on-site. * Residence within or easy commuting access to the commune of Valparaíso (Av. Pedro Montt area). **EMPLOYMENT OFFERING** * Monthly net remuneration of $1\.690\.000 CLP. * Direct employment contract with Laja Investment BV SpA. * Centrally located facilities with convenient access to public transportation.
