As a leader in logistics services for the pharmaceutical industry, located in the commune of Quilicura (Metro los Libertadores L3\), with a workforce of over 500 people, we are looking to incorporate an Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement Analyst into our Projects and Processes Management team. Main Responsibilities Lead continuous improvement projects across various company departments. Conduct ongoing analysis and diagnostics of different processes to identify improvement initiatives. Analyze critical complaints and analyses outside the standard flow, identifying root causes of problems or deviations. Participate in the development of new projects and requirements from various company departments. Propose and size improvement opportunities by redesigning workflows or implementing new workflows, considering efficiency (costs). Jointly monitor implementation of approved improvements with responsible personnel, ensuring functionality and excellence, and collecting feedback. Plan and coordinate meetings with process leaders, department heads, and users. Create, participate in, and support testing plans together with the IT and Logistics departments for new systems to ensure implementation quality. Conduct staff training sessions. Perform other complementary duties as assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
