Your objective will be to develop models enabling the optimization and forecasting of the company's logistics capabilities, aligned with business needs based on its core objectives. What will be your main responsibilities? * Develop forecasting models using Machine Learning and Reinforcement Learning tools within the context of home improvement retail supply chain logistics. * Size transport fleets serving both internal and external customers. * Address open logistics challenges or improvement opportunities leveraging engineering expertise. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field * Minimum 2 years of software development experience * Programming knowledge * Python development with libraries such as Pandas, PuLP, etc. * Experience developing AI agents (desirable) * SQL, GCP, AWS (desirable) * Excel proficiency This position is suitable for persons with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via AIRA — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
