Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to support B2B, B2C, MKP (Marketplace), and e-commerce sales operations, ensuring accurate order processing and timely dispatches. Key Highlights: 1. Tracks orders and resolves related incidents Logistics Assistant At Home Mobili, we are looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our Operations team and support sales originating from B2B, B2C, MKP (Marketplace), and e\-commerce channels. We seek an organized, responsible, and results-oriented individual with experience in logistics processes, order management, and dispatch coordination. What will be your main challenge? To manage the logistical and administrative processing of sales, ensuring accurate order registration, issuance of documentation, and timely fulfillment of dispatches. Key Responsibilities Download and register purchase and sales orders from B2B, B2C, MKP, and e\-commerce portals. Manage sales and orders within our ERP system. Coordinate order preparation and picking list generation. Issue invoices, receipts, shipping guides, and credit notes. Manage dispatch appointments and upload documentation to B2B, B2C, and MKP platforms. Generate shipping labels, manifests, and dispatch documents. Coordinate deliveries within the Metropolitan Region and other regions. Track orders and resolve incidents related to orders and dispatches. Maintain up-to-date information across systems and platforms. Archive documents returned from dispatches. What are we looking for? Technical-professional degree in Logistics, Administration, Operations, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience. At least 2 years of experience in similar roles. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of logistics and administrative processes, as well as B2B, B2C, and MKP portals. Organizational skills, responsibility, effective communication, and teamwork. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP or another ERP system. Not mandatory. Experience handling B2B, B2C, MKP, and e\-commerce channels. Familiarity with tax documentation and dispatch coordination.
