The primary objective of this position is to perform physical tasks related to handling, transporting, and stacking goods and supplies, safeguarding product integrity and ensuring efficiency in receiving and dispatch timelines. **Position Responsibilities** * Perform loading and unloading operations for trucks, ramps, and transportation vehicles in the stacking area. * Transport, sort, and position packages and pallets within designated zones of the facility. * Visually inspect packaging conditions and immediately report any anomalies or damage to the assigned supervisor. * Assist in order preparation (*picking*) and pallet assembly for subsequent distribution. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and operational safety in work areas and internal circulation pathways. **Required Qualifications** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar warehouse, loading/unloading, or distribution center roles. * Physical capability suitable for manual handling of loads, in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Proactivity, punctuality, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability to work on-site in the Condell Street area, Valparaíso. **Benefits Offered** * Monthly net salary of $1\.590\.000 CLP. * Direct employment contract with Balanz SpA. * Provision of work uniforms and standardized Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Centrally located workplace with easy access via public transportation in Valparaíso.
