We Are Looking for the Best Kitchen Assistants for the City of Talca It is essential that you reside in Talca; gastronomy studies preferably completed, knowledge and handling of cold, hot, or pastry sections, and equipment (convection oven, mixers, industrial machines). Candidates with fast-food or sushi experience will not be considered. The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for peeling and cutting vegetables and fruits, assembling salads, making sandwiches, assisting the Head Chef and Apprentice Chef, preparing desserts, and helping with dishwashing and cleaning when required.
