Key responsibilities: o Perform washing, disinfection, and sanitization of equipment, conveyors, knives, and processing rooms at the end of production shifts. o Remove organic and inorganic waste and transport it to designated collection areas. o Ensure hygienic conditions to prevent cross-contamination of the product (salmon, jack mackerel, or hake) before the start of the next production shift. Requirements: o Completed basic education. o Prior industrial cleaning experience in food or fisheries plants (6 months preferred). o High capacity to work under pressure, tolerance to humid or cold environments, and strict adherence to chemical safety manuals. o Availability for rotating shift schedules.
