Collaborate in implementing improvements and enhancements to existing applications. Participate in functional testing and validation of developments. Contribute to ensuring code quality by following team-defined standards. Support technical documentation of developments and processes. Actively participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement activities. Continuously train on new features and best practices. ### **Requirements** Professional degree in Computer Engineering or Civil Computer Engineering. With or without experience; minimum one year of professional experience required. Desirable: knowledge or coursework in software development, programming, or Low-Code platforms **. Desirable: formal training or certifications. If lacking these, strong motivation and willingness to obtain them will be highly valued. Relevant experience in software development, professional internships, or academic projects. Desirable: experience in web, mobile, or system integration development. Participation in personal projects, bootcamps, hackathons, or other technology initiatives will be valued. ### **Even better if you stand out in** Interest in learning and developing yourself. Interest in learning and applying AI to your work (Claude). Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming and application development. Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). Desirable: basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
