Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and curious professional to transform data into relevant information, supporting decision-making and operational efficiency through the development of reports and automations. Your main challenge will be to analyze, process, and consolidate information that supports decision-making, identifying trends, improvement opportunities, and new ways to enhance data management efficiency. Additionally, you will play an active role in developing reports, KPIs, and automations, working with diverse information sources and ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness for organizational needs. What will be your key challenges? Collect, process, and transform data into relevant information to support decision-making. Identify information requirements and develop mechanisms to obtain and consolidate required data. Analyze and reconcile disparate databases, identifying inconsistencies and performing necessary corrections. Detect issues in information collection and analysis processes, proposing improvement opportunities. Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency. Develop and propose KPIs and management indicators aligned with business needs. Design reports enabling clear, accurate, and timely visualization of information. Monitor indicators and metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities. Develop tools or methods facilitating data management, interpretation, and analysis. Manage and monitor data transfer across different platforms or systems. Key Knowledge and Tools To succeed in this role, the following will be important: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of databases. Experience with data mining tools or software. Intermediate-to-advanced SQL Server skills. Ability to work with large volumes of information and perform cross-source data analysis. **Desirable:** Administration or use of OLAP cube tools.
